Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Most women have become insecure about the way they look. Some have grown accustomed to wearing social masks ,most of us feel naked without our hair done or make up on which stops us discovering who we really are.

America's definition of beauty and its culture of thininess has disrupted African beautiful women.Girls are turning into skeletons to attain beauty.Products for medical purposes have become beautifiers. Everyone wants to be beautful, but have you ever wondered the side effects of these medical products?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so they say.Naked as you are without any make up or fat and full as you are some one else out there is dying for you. Why waste your time doing something that you do not get a thrill out of?

Everyone was created in a unique way so accept yourself as you are. Beauty is knowing that you belong simply because you are alive. Its owning the space you are in- wherever you are. And its opening your heart to the beauty of the moment and letting it thrill you.

Why would you wait for someone to tell you that you are ugly ? Ladies its high time you upgrade yourselves.Gone are the days we waited for men to commend on our beauty . You are beautiful and unique the way you are face it!It really touches me to see and hear women worrying about things that they can not change. Its time you feel secure and comfortable in our own bodies.

Note that feeling good is about doing what makes you feel happy not the image you project.Always ask yourself ; who am i doing this for? Its usually about people pleasing.Ditch this habit and look the way you want because you want to,not to please others
